Annual Fund

At Grace Episcopal School, we are proud to be the beginning of our students’ education, the seed that is planted in our students that aides them in reaching their full potential.  We are the foundation of their intellectual, spiritual, and social development.  They learn, grow, pray, create and explore in our classrooms and on our fields.  It is our daily mission to foster an environment where our students know they are loved, are challenged by a rigorous and enriching curriculum, and understand the importance of community.

As parents, grandparents, teachers and even as a school, we are essential to the growth and development of students, not only in the classroom, but also in life.  These young people will blossom into the leaders of tomorrow.

Your generosity to the 2013-2014 GES Annual Fund supports operating costs not covered by tuition.  With your help, we can purchase cutting edge equipment, undertake facility improvements, and provide professional learning opportunities for our teachers.

Be a part of the foundation today and take pride not only in the harvest, but also in the seeds that are planted, nurtured and grown here at Grace Episcopal School.

Plant the seed of righteousness and you will harvest a crop of love.  Hosea 10:12

Dear Grace Episcopal School Community:

Several years ago, some forward thinking parents established the annual fund.  Since its inception in 2000, your support has enabled Grace Episcopal school to grow and thrive.  The Annual Fund affects every student and every teacher, everyday.  As Grace Episcopal school embarks on it's 59th year of providing excellence in education, let's remember that all K-8 core curriculum classrooms have been equipped with Smart Board technology, 40 computers were purchased for our computer labs, financial aid has increased, and the curriculum has been updated and aligned.

Providing a Grace Episcopal School education exceeds tuition revenue.  Currently there is a 15% gap between the total cost of educating a student and what tuition covers.  Annual Giving helps insure a low student to faculty ratio, a challenging academic program in a spiritual environment, a faculty of the highest caliber, a cutting-edge athletic program and facility, and a talented and diverse student body.  Our goal for the 2013-2014 campaign is $60,000.00 with 100% parent, board, and faculty participation.  With each successful Annual Fund Campaign, we have helped defray operational expenses and have been able to meet special needs of the school such as outlined above.  Your response has been overwhelming.  Thank you.

Be a part of the 2013-2014 Campaign.  Pledge today and take pride not only in the harvest, but also in the seeds that are planted, nurtured, and grown here at Grace Episcopal School.  Your participation will enable our school to fulfill its mission to develop students who are ready to meet the world prepared with knowledge, ability, and a spirit that characterizes a Grace Episcopal School education.  Participation in the annual fund is vitally important.  We count on Grace Episcopal School parents, grandparents, alumni, and parents of alumni, trustees, faculty, staff, students, and friends to help us by investing in the Annual Fund, no matter the amount of the gift.  Gifts of all sizes are meaningful to the school and its students.  While other investments may reap monetary returns, Annual Fund investments reap returns too precious to measure in dollars and cents.  We measure it in the lives of our students.

There are many options in submitting your pledge. Please contact the financial office if you wish to divide your pledge into payments, donate securities, or have any other questions.  Your donation is entirely tax deductible.  Please return your card as soon as possible even if you do not intend to fund your pledge until later in the year.  It takes all Grace Episcopal School families to make our Annual Fund drive successful.
